Help A Long Term Player Get His Account Back!

I have sent 4-5 support tickets to z8 and they all come back closed. My account was recently hacked (.Nervous..) and nobody at z8 is doing a damn thing! I have no idea what to do and I am really lost as I have been playing the game for 4 years now and this has never happened. Is there anyway I can talk to staff about getting the account back?

No. Support is run by the Staff that can help you.

Read their replies and they'll tell you whats gone wrong with it.

But it's worth stating (again) that it's YOUR responsibility to keep your account secure, not the GM's, not the Rest of SGW, no-one elses. Yours.
