My account is permanently blocked help me plz

Okay firstly i used to use a tool ( not a hack ) and this tool just can make a small point in the middle of the screen so i can use it when i play with sniper so it's just a small point not a wallhack or aimhack " not hack at all " !! then this morning i started play with it and i get permanently block !! and if this tool is considered as a hack why my account directly gets a permanently block why not just for a day or week or month !!
so anyway i want to know if i can return my account back by any method !!! pls any answer !
