no i have this paysafcard in supermark and i have use it in web Z8 and now is my zp not in my account and this paysafcard say in paysafcard 0$...

Did you refresh the webpage?

If it still doesn't show, then I suggest to send in a support ticket explaining your issue with evidence. Also make sure you provide the paysafecard you use etc etc

Since this is the weekend, the GMs are not at their office therefore, you can expect to get a reply back after Monday. Since the GMs only work from Mondays to Friday.

Paysafecard is working fine for me.

Transaction ID is the ID number you get when you buy the paysafecard. It should be in your email.
