Depends which ones you're talking about, the hourly rewards should be delivered as soon as you hit the mark. The divine crates will be after the event most likely after some update/maintenance.

I played 1 hour each day and i won 10 crates of the New year 2016 not the Divine crates!!!

same here. just finished and got this...

so like...kinda disappointed right now. not gonna lie. =/ but...not gonna spin them until they get changed into the promised Divine Crates either.

The new year 2016 crates include the divine weps. Kukri, Barrett and the DE. These are the crates youre suppose to get.

So many disappointed face's, just wait it's only what is expected here , give them the punch in the right direction.

Eye on the other hand never bothered. pointless having high hope here.
