my apologies but I have never been encountered with such a degenerate customer Service
I'm talking about the copy & paste automatic response
#when I send a suggestion ticket:"thank you for your suggestion please put your idea on the suggestion section on our forums..."
#when I send a question ticket: "sorry but we don't provide any information about our product or future plans...
#when I send request ticket (such as asking them to stuck the revival tickets on my account): "sorry but we do not stuck items upon users request.."
and the most absurd?
#send a question ticket about a ban:"sorry but we don't provide the players with the information with why they were banned"
#5 min later...send a ticket again asking them to for a ban reason again and please to elaborate this time :"sorry but a final answer has been given on previous ticket"
only the thought of them don't even take the users seriously and provide them this automatic copy & paste response after they spent their OWN money on this game multiply times is an appalling approach!

We have the suggestion forums because not only the GM's can look at it, but so can the Dev's. The developers don't see tickets.
If you are asking about something that may or may not happen in the future, we do not comment on that. This is for multiple reasons, amongst which are confidential release information (such as when other games may not show clips before its release) as well as not being cemented into something. (IE: You said this would happen on this day, why didn't it?!)
Support staff will tell you why you were banned. For example, if you were banned for hacking, we will tell you that. But no, we do not send screenshots or replays or other information about how you were caught.
And yes, if you ask the same question that they have already given you an answer to (you don't decide if the answer is valid, for the record) you might get a response that they've already given you a final answer. This means they have investigated, and their answer won't be changed.That moment when they have a support ticket about suggestions. but ask you to make a thread about it. lel

I'm completely pro-opinion, as long as its civil :P Everyone is entitled to their opinion, no matter how wrong it might be.Of course it's copy & paste, I wouldn't want to write the same thing over and over again, lel.

The developers does not visit these forums so that's why people sending tickets (for you to forward it to them) plus making a thread might result by bashing from this toxic community
and I don't talking about in game ban I'm talking about forum bans .. when users sending you a ticket regarding a forum ban they're expecting you to actually contact to your "lovely high-iq mods" and ask them for the details of the what happened
and yes it is absurd when you unban Danah and Frossenpizza multiple times but when I send a ticket so you tell me "sorry but we don't unban accounts upon user request"
and please don't let me start to talk about the account administration department

If you are banned via the forum, it should be rather clear what you were banned for. Usually its because of a build up of infractions. Don't break the rules, and you won't be infracted. That being said, if we feel an investigation is necessary, we don't even have to ask the mods. We usually do, as a courtesy, but we can see everything.

I'm assuming from your original topic and from these responses that you may have an issue with another account regarding infractions and/or not liking something support said about a ban. I cannot comment publically on any accounts at all. I will advise everyone reading this though that if you follow rules, you shouldn't have any issue with bans to begin with. The rules are in place for a reason, and if you break them, you are punished for a reason. Don't break them. Its really not that hard. -

The mods I had issues with are no longer mods ...and current mods are literally clowns by from my perspective
and yet it is frustrating to report mods over and over again and get the same automatic response from support again and again("Thank you from bring it to our attention and we will full investigate it" )while you know that nothing was being done

it always was amusing to see Nat inferacting some 12 year old kid for censor the bypass and then yell on him "you broke the rules...follow the rules...you behave bad and now bear the consequences of your bad behavior" to some twelve year old blameless kid who haven't do anything wrong =/ -

Exactly. Same goes to Reports. But it gets frustrating having to see them logging in one week after reporting. -

No offence but you probably got banned or received infractions for the same reason as I; being an ass. Which I did on more occasions than I would like to admit. My thread history is the definition of toxic. I guess I had a way of expressing my frustration, silly times. -

I've never got a forum ban removed early. Only ingame bans

Hello brother, I was unbanned once by [MOD]Fizzeq and [GM]Celestin, and a second time by [GM]Odeeb. If you haven't noticed, all 3 of them are not part of CFNA anymore. The new GMs may have a different approach hence why you are having more trouble.
