Is it worth it?

Been playing CrossFire since 09 and I was wondering if it's worth it to come back? Played a couple matches and noticed everyone has like 200 ping and rarely any low ping players. Also, does CF have a plan to fix this I don't know about? Really depressing to see how bad the community has gotten and how inactive it is. I remember in 09 every server used to be full and rarely any high ping players. The hackers died down which is nice but...is Z8 gonna do something to make the game good again or am I wasting my time returning? ;-;

I wouldn't, there will be high pingers in almost every room unless you play with friends and you get kicked practically every game as well. It's hard to enjoy playing the game right now as it is.

It's because the region restriction . SmileGate developed several new version in the last few years(CF Europe/CF Brazil/CF Russia/CF philippine etc')

so all of those are not allowed to play this game any more because of licensing agreements

well..yes actually the game is clean from hackers and enjoyable to play

( except the fact that the game is full with VIPs with macros who are wannabe and feel like a superheroes when they play against m16's )

If your account has several old weapons (zp) then yes to avoid a nice account going to waste, if you only have gp content then no.

I agree on this. I'm sure alot would stop. But they don't because they gave too much money

Honestly I play cf since 2010 and I have to say. Cf had it's Good and bad times. However there is always someone to play with. Yes the ping can be annoying but it doesn't make the game unplayable.

Everyone wants the game to be "alive" but when you ask them if they are online they say no they are not.
They wait for people to get active again but they dont see that they are the people and it matters if you get online or not. Don't wait for others to get back at the game. That's what everyone does and that's why the game looks like it's becoming dead!

Everyone has different opinion on should you come back or not, its up to you to decide. As you see there are still ppl playing so it wont hurt you if you try :P

If you had friends from the 2009/2010 era, the chances are that they're mostly likely stopped playing the game years ago or they're inactive.
However, it is easy to make new friends within the game so I'd recommend coming back and giving the game a go

some one suggest server ping limit but i think they refuse
