Is the VIP Viper kick glitch bannable?

I'm sick and tired of playing against exploiters who abuse a kick and think because they spend $100.00 on a VIP item, they're entitled to do whatever they want in the game.

And if it's not a bug then why can't they let me shoot that fast with a sniper? I'd like to shoot fast too. No? Why not? Double standards?

Anybody with a brain can see that it is infact a bug, they just refuse to fix it or ban because they don't "want to anger the children" who wasted their money buying it.

Why wouldnt people buy something they can abuse and would not be patched?

I own VIPER and am against the people who use that bug, however, for them to fix that bug, they MUST fix the damage first.

Because if they actually had intelligence and skill, they wouldn't need to buy something that gives them kills which they wouldn't have gotten otherwise, which it seems the people exploiting have neither.
