I sent a support ticket that the game doesnt load.

Its being 2 days without answer.

I JUST WANT TO PLAY WITH LASER DAGGER BEFORE IT ENDS

My windows is windows 10
FUll screen mode
That happens on all resolution
My graphic card is up to date.
My screen resolution: 1366 x 768

Should I wait 15 days to get a help from the support! ?

  • Support answer should normally not take that long, and it will be looked into. That being said, have you added Crossfire, its folders, X-trap, and the X-trap folders to your anti-virus/firewall exception and reinstalled afterwards? Have you made sure nothing else is running in the background? What is your connection normally like? (IE usual ping, where are you located, etc.)

    No , I didnt change any anti virus or firewall setting. It (the problem) just did happen itself.
    No thing is running in the bg.
    my internet connection is good. My normal ping is 80 or 90.

    I didn't ask if you changed your settings, I'm telling you to try adding those to your exceptions in your settings, even if you already have done so before.
