Email changing error

Hello,

My problem is the following: I would like to change the e-mail address on my account, but I didn't get the e-mail with the changing link. I can't write ticket to support, because my account is flagged.
I have access to my e-mail. I got e-mail when I sent support ticket, and also when they answered, but for some reason I didn't get the e-mail change link.
What can I do? I tryed many times, different days, different e-mails but don't get the change link to my current e-mail.
Help me if please.
