every time I try to confirm a codename it freezes up and only way to close out game is through task... I have submitted a ticket but they were not able to provide me with any useful tips. is there something I can do...?

If you've already sent a support ticket and they it didnt seem like they helped you then thats pretty weird. Hopefully Kanadian will see this pretty soon and get to you.
