Change account email support ticket.
Hi all. It has been awhile since I have played, but I wanted to get back into playing Crossfire again with my original PROACEX1 account.
I submitted a ticket but it was closed prematurely as some of the account info is inaccurate that I provided. Sadly I don't remember what my secret question was, or when exactly my account was created. It was back in 2008/2009. My original email was deleted by comcast, so it is impossible to get back into it now to change my password or other info.
I have opened a new ticket: #MUN-620-35826
If I have a transaction ID, and transaction type, along with other info (correct birthdate, original email, etc), should that not be enough to prove my account ownership? Is there a way I can find out what my secret question was so I can provide the answer to it?

Unfortunately, the information we ask for is needed to verify that it is actually you who owns the account. I'm sure you've heard countless stories of people being ripped off, hacked, scammed, etc. This is one of the ways we protect against that sort of thing.

I do have transaction-based proof that I have owned the account. Does that not count for anything?
What good is a secret question if I can't see the question to provide the answer? Is it possible for a GM to give me the question so I can provide the question, or is that completely outside of process?
EDIT: I really appreciate your assistance. This is a weird issue to have to deal with and my inactivity doesn't help.
