Change account email support ticket.

Hi all. It has been awhile since I have played, but I wanted to get back into playing Crossfire again with my original PROACEX1 account.

I submitted a ticket but it was closed prematurely as some of the account info is inaccurate that I provided. Sadly I don't remember what my secret question was, or when exactly my account was created. It was back in 2008/2009. My original email was deleted by comcast, so it is impossible to get back into it now to change my password or other info.

I have opened a new ticket: #MUN-620-35826

If I have a transaction ID, and transaction type, along with other info (correct birthdate, original email, etc), should that not be enough to prove my account ownership? Is there a way I can find out what my secret question was so I can provide the answer to it?
