Reporting a cf scammer, HELP! O_o

To who do i report a cf scammer and do i need to upload the screen shots i took to a certain web site like photo bucket?

Upload them, and then put the direct link to them in the report.

I just use imageshack. Works fine.

wdf is worng with those scammers

not a day goes by without finding some1 pming me saying hey want free zp i go on with them and say ya sure wouldn't say not he starts talking and they all ends like this "give me ur user name and password" !!!!!!!!!!
im like am i suppose 2 fall 4 this
