Why dont it start up?

vista is the works operating system... with vista you must run the program as administrator and the loading screen doesn't come up its just a black window ''not responding'' but it is u just need to wait it out or download game booster and run it b4 u play the game to see the game load

You made sure, that Crossfire.exe, gameguard.des and gameguard.mon files got full access through your firewall and that your Antivirus program allows these Applications to run? You need to start Crossfire as Administrator aswell.
