HGW game watcher freezes at 9%

please guys any one help ..

when i run cf .. the hgw game watcher stucks at 9%

i tried crossfire cleaned pro and nothing happend and tried to switch the firewall off nothing happend too

please help

Hi, you need for a working game this important software at your PC:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010!

Than it could be happen that your Antivirus software or your Anti-Malware software
( BitDefender, Emsisoft, Dr.Web, SuperAntiSpyware, Titanium, ZoneAlarm )
block the client and or closes and shut down the game because it scan aggressive the game folder in the background.

i made everything you said and nothing happend it is freezes at 9% ;/ !!!!
do you have another idea please ?

try running CF after few hours and make sure you are not downloading anything this causes the checking to run slow,does the hgw gives an error or just seems stuck at 9 %..
if this doesn't solves the issue,uninstall CF and install CF again.
