HGW game watcher freezes at 9%

please guys any one help ..
when i run cf .. the hgw game watcher stucks at 9%
i tried crossfire cleaned pro and nothing happend and tried to switch the firewall off nothing happend too
please help

i made everything you said and nothing happend it is freezes at 9% ;/ !!!!
