Password cannot be changed

My account has been stolen and I could not change the password of it.
Does anyone knows what is the issue? Please help me is this a hack? And every time I changed my password it still says:user name or password in correct.
I am very angry because the ticket didn't solve the issue plus i don't even know why I can't change my password,
Please just tell me what happened to my account?
