Password cannot be changed

My account has been stolen and I could not change the password of it.
Does anyone knows what is the issue? Please help me is this a hack? And every time I changed my password it still says:user name or password in correct.
I am very angry because the ticket didn't solve the issue plus i don't even know why I can't change my password,
Please just tell me what happened to my account?

No one on the forum will be able to answer this for you.

As this is an account issue, we can only deal with this via tickets (Account Administration), as tickets are private.
