Account Doesn't Exist?

Hello,

So I have been playing CF with a really old account (2011) (not the current one I'm using to write this post) "ryancee". I am able to log onto the game but on forums and to deposit ZP I am unable to do so. I know the email that I used to sign up, when I press "forgot password" and enter my email, it says my account doesn't exist.
However, when I try to create a new account with my username, it says somebody has already taken that ID.

I was just confused about why I can't log onto the z8games website but am able to log onto the game as I really wanted to charge ZP to my account

The same happened to 4 of my old accounts. I can play with all of them, but can't log in and when I press 'forgot password' I also get the same message.

At least now I have a lead to what could cause this problem. Probably our accounts are marked in some way for not playing for years and having low ranks.

I tried to write a support ticket before. I spent about 20 mins writing it and when I tried to send it in, there was some kind of server error (webpage was down for hours after) and my ticket was instantly deleted. I was too lazy to write it again.

Please submit the ticket in the Account Administration section.

This goes for anyone else also having this problem too.

I submitted a ticket and was told that I entered the wrong login ID.. I'm pretty sure it's the right one... I just want to buy ZP

I have several alts where whenever I login to the forum, I can't post, view a profile (including mine), or do anything that I need to login for

If you'd like to be able to access the site on them, please submit a ticket to Account Administration, and we'll definitely look into that for you.

Please make sure to say that you can log into the game but not onto the site in the additional information section.
