Forum Account still locked

I have got a Problem, a year ago I've lost my Account and z8 Support locked it for Account sharing( it wasn't , I had a Keylogger on the PC).

Yesterday I got it back after a whole year, but now the problem: My forum account is still locked, I can't post anything with it,... I don't know where to submit a ticket for problems like that,so I just post it here in hope that a Mod/Admin sees this.

Locked forumname: iSiicKx
