CF Freezes for a sec

Its in the first mode you played only after that everything will be normal.

Share a screenshot of your fps

Does this problem happens while you are in smoke ? if this happen then probably its your GPU getting heat up if it's not the smoke then try updating your GPU's drivers..
There can be many reason for this issue
Gpu(graphic card)
HDD(low hard disk space in drive where windows+CF are installed)

As you said you have powerful rig,if other games run smooth then it might be CF,try re installing a fresh copy of it.
