HELP ! Blocked in Game and not in Website ?!

I have a problem
I opened CF then loading took so long time so I closed the game with Task Manager
I opened it again within less than a minute then I received the message "You are blocked for 15 days "
Can you help me please ?

i believe that is a 2nd time ban.... you must have had previous programs tht xtrap saw as a hack

I am not sure whether it 's second or third time ban
However , I don 't use hack on my own . This is because of some people who used hack on playing with my account

But which programs can be seen by XTrap as hack ?

Even if you are not using hack, if xtrap finds it on your computer, you'll get an instant ban. Also, if I remember correctly, there was some kind of notice about xtrap detecting malwares even after those being deleted.

FYI, letting others to use your account is already a violation of the rules.
