Support Site doesn't work.

Hello,

when I want to open the Support Site it tells me this: User Error
Unable to connect to Database. Please verify the username, password, grant permissions and the database status. (./__swift/library/class.SWIFT.php:16)

Any ideas, suggestions?

Hi i tried to contact xbox and i send him a message about my friends account that has been stolen i saw the stoler another day and he/she says that he/she has stole the account i got photo evidence about he/she saying that he/she stole the account please contact me on private message
