i purchase 20,000 ZP and whitout back ZP,nothing,them never comeback,its off

My purchase was the april 03 at time 08:00:00

  You need to buy zp crates or temp items to get the 15% zp.

  yes, i buy some items with my ZP in the item shop yesterday, after i changed the server i get the 15% ZP back!
