Crossfire not responding.

So the problem is everytime I load the game in, it gets stuck on a blank black page and says "crossfire not responding."
Whats the problem here? Im tryna make a comeback to the game and its pretty frustrating bc idek what the problem is. Any solutions?

Most of the time (since the patch last night) when i try to log into NA1 it just freezes on part 4 and i've tried letting it sit for a few minutes but it does nothing. earlier I finally got in and was in the middle of a knife match when something happened so i couldnt swing and it appeared like no one could see me...I think that for them I had left the game. so i opened the exit menu and left the match which took me to the lobby of that match. I tried going back to the match selection for that channel but it just froze after I hit the back arrow. PLEASE HELP AND STOP SCREWING THINGS UP WITH EACH PATCH!!!!!
