Cant make new account

Well, when I go on the website z8games and I try to make a new account with a new email I fill in every box there is and when i press the make account button it says "System Error" and it doesn't make one. I don't know what is happening , I had tried using a different browser and different emails but it still doesn't let me . (also i have made one account before this one in 2012 or 2011) I think that the website is broken or not but I don't know what to do and I really wanna start playing CF again.
