1 Stab Knife Kill

Every once in a while someone with a regular knife 1 hit kills me (no they weren't head shots but they usually are stabs) when I have 100 hp.
I feel stupid cause every time I call them out on it and say
"Knife isn't 1 hit kill, how'd you kill me in 1 hit?"
or ask in the lobby
"Under no circumstances is knife a 1 hit kill besides head shot, right?"
The responses I get are "Lol..."
Usually the people doing these 1 hit kill stabs are high level and or VIP.
So can someone tell me I'm not crazy and I should probably report them or that there's something else I should know about knives that I haven't discovered in the however many years I've been playing crossfire?

1 hit body stab with knife is possible if you don't have armour.

If the knife stab hits the stomach or the back and your opponent isn't wearing armour, then the regular knife will do 100 damage. It is usually harder to hit the stomach than the head, since the arms are always in the way, but hitting the back is pretty easy.
