i going to "forget password "
and write my email and click submit
and its tell me
An e-mail has been sent to **********@outlook.com with
further instructions. Check your email and find the instruction
iam going to email
nothing is send
i wait 20min
and nothing is send
anyone help me please ?~

They're having difficulties with account creations and what not at the moment. Just wait for an email or a fix.

The last time I used that feature it took about 4 hours before getting the email. Just be patient.

For new accounts and password resets, the team is investigating the cause and working on a fix.
