Can't Log in
Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this so if not, please point me in the right direction.
My brother was not able to log in due to the failed to connect to server error so he used a vpn.
after several minutes of gaming, he got disconnect from the server and is now not able to log in nor is he able to reset is password (thinking he was hacked),
When he tries to reset his password he get a failed to send error, so not sure if he's blocked or hacked, his gaming ID is .Mr*Grim.
Can someone please help.
Day 2: Still no update?, can an admin simply take a look at his profile to see whats happening so that we'll know what to do....

Hi there!
It's understandable that your brother is concerned about what is going on with his account.
Please have your brother send us a ticket in the account administration queue of the support center. If he doesn't have another account with which to send a ticket, please have him create a new one to submit the ticket.

Still getting the server error, re-installing does not work.... thanks again -

Some people wait 2 - 3 weeks and there tickets are still unassigned.... 24/7 customer satisfaction not with Z8Games ( Smilegate West. ) But i personaly think they have not enough employees at the office.
