Blocked for a while

After choosing a server i got a disconect, after that i tried to log in again and got blocked for 6 days.

unfortunately I couldn't take proofs (u.u) also try to play again after blockade and i was blocked again by 3 hours.I decided not to play anymore until we solve the problem, I do not want to have my account blocked by 1 year LOL.

When it pauses at step 4 when attempting to connect to a server, it's scanning for hacks or other third-party programs that affect the game client program. I've heard of some video recording programs and game boosters being falsely detected as hacks but I don't have any experience with either. I believe a first-time ban for a legitimate reason is three days and the next would be seven days, if it's less than three days it's more likely due to some connection error.
