It should work currently. Make sure that you are logged in and press the "Deposit" button on top of this page. The direct link should be http://bill.z8games.com/fillup/purchasezp.aspx but sometimes, depending on the browser used, it might have difficulties with the request.

I had the same issue yesterday but it's currently working for me. I use Google Chrome browser and when I'd click Deposit it would show a "connection timed out" page about five seconds after clicking on Deposit, but again it's now working properly for me.
