Name change and Kill/death-win/lose reset

As we all know the Web Mall is now closed and i had a kill/death win/lose reset in my inventory. I cant find it and i cant buy a new one in the Store. My qustion is, Where can i find it, and if its gone will i get zp back? well these items come back in the ingame store?

Name change items have been transferred to the game, they're in the item shop under "Items" near the bottom.
Any name change items previously owned have been transferred in-game accordingly, they're in your storage.
