Blocked for 15 days [WTF?]

WTF, First when i login to North America 1 server, i get MM Error and i DC,but i can login Clan server or any other server. I said OK, i see others with same issue on forums, so i thought i'd wait a little while and see if it gets fixed. BUT NOW i'm ****in logging in and it says im ****in blocked for 15 days???. WTF Crossfire. Recently you've been ****in up really bad. I want to know why the **** im blocked.

I WANT a reason for my temporary block. -.-"
