It's actually different because of post per page preference. =/
I think most people just stick with the forum default of 10 posts/page.
I use 5/page so I'm at page 11,889 for this particular thread. -

Not so rare when you own it permanently, ;P! For others, it is rare, for my friends and I, not at all, because I play so much with it! Same can be said with any rare weapons though, you just need to... own them, lel. -
