Help please, my friend taked this screenshot he can't create too, same error.

You can't create new accounts from some geograpic locations.
Example: you can't create new accounts from Europe. -
It is blocked. Don't you guys have CFAL?Im from Brazil, Brazil is block?
That's why your region is blocked. They want the new players to play CF Brazil not NA.
Aperently i was wrong, CF NA isn't blocked. I'm sorry for this bad intervention. -
