bought 50 crates on crimson, saw it twice finished spinning joined the first room you won the crimson i raged, after a while you won it again i smashed my head into the keyboard.

The Max is 999.
It's not fake. The maximum amount was 999. Now, no matter how many you have in storage, in the game it will only show 999. That means that you can have 384938374929 hypomeds in storage, but in game it will show only 999.
Do some researches before posting... -

That 10K shows how you're only a Crater, Dinner, EMD and DEV City pro. If you brag so much with your zm wins/stats, tell me something. How many wins had you made on the first 4 maps (especially BIO) before the intrusions were out? -
The max you can access in a given game is 999. They will go above that count in your inventory and when you walk over the ones that are dropped in-game it will say max capacity reached. If they're above 999 in your inventory, when you open more ZM crates the count will reset to 999 in your inventory but upon switching servers or relogging the inventory count will once again show the correct number above 999.Nice try on the fake picture man.

I had heard someone say like a year ago that they couldn't go over 999 so perhaps an actual limit of 999 was set for people who hadn't gone over it yet, but I suspect it's more likely they just didn't switch servers or relog to see the real count show in their inventory. -
