Halloween Stream 2K14

Not everyone that joined the rooms would win.
There were 2 random winners per room.
List of winners can be found here:

Do you think I'm that dumb? I'm talking about the codes for temporary items like backpacks and such that were given out through the stream chat. -

Those were multi-use codes, every single one of them.
...
Anything temporary that you got from the stream chat were valid for over 200 hundred, for most of them at least.
Single use codes were only for 5x new halloween crates, and I believe those were limited as well. Now are you talking about the crate codes or the temp-item codes? -

Look, I know the difference between the things I'm talking about. There is no need to say this over and over again: 'these codes were given to 2 random people...', because I know it. I'm talking about temporary item codes such as these mentioned above (backpack, nade). I messaged the support regarding these issues and what they said was that I should find my answers from the stream hosters. I used some codes but still haven't got any item.

But the stream hosts/moderators are not responsible for the deliverance of the rewards, you have to realize that as well.
We told you what the code was and what the contained. That's all we had and could do. -

Then how come I didn't get the prizes? -

I'm sorry, what?
I couldn't have said it more straight-forward than that. We're NOT responsible for delivering your rewards. They're manual items to be handed out by their system, not by anyone else who has no access to their database. -

Have you even read my post? Your fellow support friends said that for the code distribution I should look for you/hosts (whatever) and that they are NOT responsible for the stream giveaways. What is there so hard to understand? I used codes and didn't get the rewards so I messaged the support, knowing the fact that they are responsible for the code items distribution, but they sent me here. And now you're saying that you aren't responsible too. What the ****, who is responsible? All I want is a backpack and other items delivered to my account. I don't care how, it's your problem.
EDIT: (proof)
We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you. We are not directly associated with the hosts of the Livestream. Please contact the hosts directly. -

Of course I've read your post. Though in all honesty, have you read my post?
Sorry, I'm not a GM, neither am I on the support staff. I'm not responsible for delivering rewards to your account. I have 0 ability to do so, and I'm quite confident to say that no one on the stream-organizing/execution staff can do either. I don't see how it could be our problem if said 'issue' is clearly out of our control.
Even if you didn't know that, is it not common sense that forum moderators and regular players wouldn't be responsible for code rewards? The GMs have ALWAYS been the ones to distribute any game-related rewards (crates, items, weapons, etc).
For the third time, we are not responsible. We gave you a code, you redeemed it, it told you what you got. That's it, and that's all we know and have.

This may be a code that we would post on the stream chat. This is fake, so please don't redeem it. But say this was for a 7-day devil hat. Well, it's a code for a 7-day devil hat. We posted the code, and you redeemed it. That's it from our end.

@ NileCRO1
I will take a look at your ticket tomorrow to see if I can help sort it out.
The live stream was done with my consent, and I wanted to make the streams successful by handing out codes to the CrossFire Events Group. The multi-use codes do have records of who had redeemed them. If you had redeemed the code, and it said that you would successfully recieve it, then it should have.
We can look through the redeem records to see if we can find your name. If it is there, we can then try to verify if you had received the item. If you did not receive the item, then we will gladly give it to you.
If your name is not there, then unfortunately there is nothing more that we can do for you. You will just have to be patient for the next time we run an event like this. -
I don't need you to repeat yourself for 500 times. I know that you/hosts are not responsible for handling out the items, just as I said. What surprises me is that the support (database) isn't either. Then who the hell is? Look at the quoted post below (Juicebox's): first he said he couldn't track the records, and now he suddenly can? All I can say now is thank you for looking into it but you people are really astonishing.[MOD]Fizzeq wrote: »Of course I've read your post. Though in all honesty, have you read my post?

Support is still the higher group of admins, compared to moderators and trusted organizers of the stream. On every single code you successfully redeem, it tells you that you're in line to receive the item, and that you should contact support if you don't receive it after a certain amount of time.
I have no clue why support responded with what it responded. Though it could just be a misunderstanding. Juicebox didn't deal with your ticket initially, he responded to this post because he saw it.
