Could you tell us what the issue is about?

As I don't specifically know what the issues are, I can't give you a very specific response.

However, there are certain issues that are happening right now where we LITERALLY cannot even look into the matter yet. This is very unfortunate, and we are constantly following up with these issues so that we can not only respond to some of these things, but look into it as we are supposed to do.

I don't like when this happens - none of us do.

We are trying to get all of this stuff straightened out.

I know it's not much, but please accept our HUGE apologies about this.

This has been a big month of change for everyone - both you guys, and us in the office. There were changes on both sides, and some kinks are still being straightened out.

We honestly do appreciate your patience, and we hope that we can resolve all of these issues soon.

Just know that you guys are NOT being ignored, for what it's worth.
