Hmmm, usually I see this error in regards to a file corruption. The source behind which could be a multitude of things. Unfortunately, the only solution I've been able to find for this particular file corruption is a re-install of the client.

If you do try a re-install please make sure your anti-virus is disabled temporarily so that it doesn't accidentally try and "clean" the file.
