BP Purchase gone wrong!

I Purchased for 2300bp the reset stats bundle. Nothing happened so I tried it one more time and dtill nothing so I am out 4600 bp.I would like to get Bundle and have my account reimbursed 2300 bp thanks.I hope a GM will see this. If not when filing a submit report seems like you have to send a jig.? Fortycreek24 is my account name.
