BP Purchase gone wrong!

I Purchased for 2300bp the reset stats bundle. Nothing happened so I tried it one more time and dtill nothing so I am out 4600 bp.I would like to get Bundle and have my account reimbursed 2300 bp thanks.I hope a GM will see this. If not when filing a submit report seems like you have to send a jig.? Fortycreek24 is my account name.

You should contact the Support, they are the only ones, that can solve that Issue for you.
You can also try to do the same with another Browser, but might be the same result..
