Can't Buy Mall Items

I had 15000 ZP bonus, so I go ahead and licked on Buying the M4A1 Silver and the AK47 Silver, however it didn't let me buy it. I licked on it and it show a little circle showed that it loading, then it took me to a BLANK PAGE, completely BLANK. I thought it done, and went to check my storage but it not there. I went back to the website and the ZP bonus was not been charged. I waited a day and tried again but still have same problem. Any one got the same problem and know what is happening?
