Lost E-mail + Secruity Answer! waht can i do?

Hello. i forget my E-mail and my Security answer what can i do? i know that i'm paid for ZP with my Phone i know the Number if it help? i know my ID and my PW but i Forget the Email + answer. I think my E-mail was Deleted because it was one were i must paid and i dont know it. Can the Support change the Emai to my new Email? make they that?
