Im having "send error report" in game can't fix

Hi i need help because im having constant errors playing crossfire i'v tryed reinstal it didn't work ---- delete xtrap, hwg files and start the game ....didn't work

i've tryed to change the compatibility mode... didn't work.
So...what else can i do to fix my problem...? i realy want to play the game but i can't because when im playing crossfire an error appears and crashes my game. "send error report"
