Can't Play the game

When i get into the loading screen or sometimes if im lucky i can make it into game brings up a popup called which brings me to a website called ingame_01[2] when i try to go to the tab it automatically closes making the game unplayed as when i go into game it minimizes me and opens this popup when i go back in it reopens for some reasons
