i dont know how but my password was changed. how i enter in contact with suport? i need to know when the password is changed and how.

yes. i play this since 2011. I stopped playing at the beginning of the year and went on vacation now, I played two days and the third password not working

after you open link you click on "submit ticket"
then you chose "cross fire"
then "account administration"

I think thats all you can do, if you report your problem somewhere else they will send you back to account administration.
