only takes up 3/4 of screen

I just received my new laptop.....Alienware18 -- it was a present, so no comments on spending too much money.

Loaded Crossfire

The screen does not fill with crossfire and yes I have marked it full screen, even tried the windows one and that made it about 1/4 of the screen.

I am not a techie so have no clue what to do.....am running dual Nvidia cards SLI

Please someone help me.

Hi, I have an Alienware M14X. Does the login and other screens take up the entire screen or does it take up only 3/4 in game?

the login screen, and in game are all 3/4

When you start CF and log in, go into the settings, and I think its called "video", check Fullscreen, and choose a Resolution that fits your entire screen (It'll give you an error if the resolution is not compatible)

tried all the resolutions, none worked. guess I will have to call support and see if they can help me.

hmm do u have multidisplays activated ?
switch to any other resolutions manually ... and look if the explorer-windows glitches are same ...
set cf.exe via properties to start as administrator
without dpi scalling
and different OS version

ati or nvidia?
