My acc has been stolen, I sent a ticket to support team but they said my acc did share so they can not help me. Actually I didn't share it, I lost password and some1 changed all infor. Now, see what happen, the owner cant access account and the hacker play it

) lol, I spent too much money and now z8games can not help me. I'm so sad !!!!

you need to give them vital information about your account via submitting a ticket. Something that will proof that you are the true owner. Information only the true owner would know.

If you didn't share then it mean that u hack or go on some website that give free stuff include keylogger

I never hack, i just lost password, and with a trick they changed my account's email, then i lost the acc. I sent the ticket but support team said i did share acc, they will ignore all my ticket. I feel so bad, the hacker now play with my VIP acc, so z8games protect customer or protect hacker. If i can not take it back, i want they will block it permanent.
