Game freezes after each game in lobby / lobby list

So this has never happened to me before, been playing since 09 and I came back about 2 days ago to find the game nearly unplayable because the damn game freezes after every game. I'll be playing a ghostmode and it'll finish, then when I close out of the scoreboard thing at the end it just freezes. I can move the mouse but can't click anything, so I just have to close the game. It will also do this while im on the list of games, just randomly freeze, no messages or anything.

It isn't connection errors, I've got 14 ping, great computer i get like 250 fps. I've tried changing resolutions and crap..

Sooo anybody have any ideas? thanks...
