Crossfire Fps Drops

Whenever I play crossfire. Everytime that I shoot my gun my fps drops really hard while i maintain a constant 40-60 fps.

Heres the reality. Yes, this wouldn't be an issue if i paid 1000$ for a high-end quality laptop or 700$ for a high end desktop.

However, everyone who plays crossfire understands that their sacrificing quality over gameplay. So don't tell me to buy a new computer considering this game was made to mimic counter strike. Is there anything i can do about this fps lagg?

All other games i get 125+ fps just so you guys know.
