help. i am trying to fix and giveup.

first, hello game team.
i have problem and friends too.
when i open cross fire and play any room after 10min or 15min my pc stopped.
Like mouse - keyboard every thing
i must restart pc and login cross fire again i don't know why.
this problem from 3 day i think after xtrap update.
by the way i am editor / developer games crossfire / silkroad
i hope you can help game and our friends soon.
